Make sure that you run ftimes.exe from your game directory and that
the file xxx.dat is in that directory (which it is if you just copied
everything from the zip-file into the game directory).
-
If you tried to run the game under Windows try MS-DOS-mode.
If you tried to run the game in MS-DOS-mode try it under Windows.

You can't play the game without a mouse. Make sure to install a mouse driver
before running the game.

You must have the file sound.cfg in your game directory. This file
will automatically be created if you run the setup program (setup.exe).

I don't see the intro.

Just wait. The first few seconds of the intro are a black screen. You will
only hear music. If you press the right mouse button during this black
screen the intro will abort.

All saved games are stored in a sub-directory of the game directory called
\SAVE.
If this directory doesn't exist you can't save your game. On the other
side, if you have saved games but they aren't in this directory you can't
load them.
Solution: Create a \SAVE-sub-directory in your game directory
and copy your saved games into this directory (if you have any).
Sound and Music
I don't hear any sound or music.
-
Make sure that you have a soundcard and speakers and that everything is
plugged in and turned on etc.
-
Turn the volume up.
